Hello there; To turn on the BCCField in outlook2010, If your using the jaws virtual ribbon feature, 1, create new message ctrl+n=new message, 2, now press the alt-key, you will hear; Message tab, Now right arrow until you hear; Options tab, 3, now down arrow until you hear; Show fields sub-menu, Right arrow to open, Or you could press enter, Now, press enter on the, BCCField. If your not using the jaws virtual ribbon feature, Then you could use the keystroke; Alt+p+b This is a toggle so one press it's on another it's off. If so, in windows live mail Tap control n for a new message Then shift tab to the hide cc and bcc This is a check box. Hi Arianna; I don't know if this has been suggested but, if you press, Alt + B, as in Boy, this keystroke works as a toggle for showing or not showing the BCC field. This keystroke will turn the BCC field on / off even with, All Headers checked. Hope this helps. Take care. Hello Chris: For what it's worth, I personaly, find the Outlook Web Access Light version of Outlook 2007 to be much easier to navigate as it is rendered as web pages. Not all, but enough, of Outlook's features are available. When I need some thing that is not in the web access version then I reluctantly go into the regular Outlook 2007. For Outlook 2003. control N to compose a new message. Go to your view menu. Arrow down until you hear BCC. Return on BCC and that should check it and let blind carbon copy show up in all your e-mails. Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open. When you are in the subject or to or cc fields, press alt b (that's b as in bravo) This assumes you are using Outlook Express, I'm not sure about other email programs.
