Re: [Blind-Computing] INTERNET EXPLORER 9, EVALUATION AND COMMENTS, PLEASE
Hi Well, I was running the test version and updated to the full version when it came out. There were few issues. However, My brokers website requires me to use the JAWS cursor to access certain features like transferring money. In this case IE 9 simply did not allow JAWS to read the area of the screen that had those Icons. So, for now I am stuck with IE 8. I hope JAWS will address these issues so I can upgrade in the near future! I can hardly wait. Smile. God bless, Mark God Loves you! In fact, there have been confusing and conflicting messages on the subject here on this list. I'm reasonably sure that if I hate it, I can uninstall and go back to Explorer 8 but before I go through all of that trouble, has anyone drawn a detailed comparison of how each of these versions works with jaws? for now, I'm going to chicken out and avoid loading it even though my computer pesters me every time I start it up. I have Windows 7 Professional, jaws 12 and I'm running a 64 bit system. Any thoughtful input would be welcome. Thanks everyone.
