Hi Ivan,  There are lots of quest around the city and city sewers.I believe for the samvil quest you need to find a cassette.  Check all buildings and lanes in the city, and take care of your health which decreases slowly. And.. The server is now on beta. drink from them? I think you get that virus when you drink directly from bodies 
of water and not from pots or bottles or the like. I think you just need to 
keep drinking to get rid of it, if I recall correctly. I haven't played in a 
while, though, and things may have changed.

If you're playing on a desktop computer you have at least two different
sets of arrow keys.  Arrow keys on number pad and that set of arrow keys
to the left of the number pad.  If the game had origins in unix
environment, a third set of arrow keys is possible using letters on the
keyboard hjkl among others and these came from the vi editor.

I gave up on this game precisely because of this behavior.
Seems like at the beginning, without you doing some kind of black 
magic (LOL) you'll keep just there, looking to the stars or whatever 
you have there to look at. Pressing arrow keys as far as I've seen 
will just make you turn to that direction. Very annoying.

through no problem.
