Ed, I believe that there is 30 and 50 pound Propane tanks.
The 100 pounder tanks only hold a little over 23 gallons of Propane in them
that is not all that much for storage amount.
Also I believe that Propane is about 4.3 pounds per gallon.

  Hi all,

Thanks for the help on my propane tank size question. From your answers and
what I've found on the Internet, it would appear that propane tanks jump
from 20 LB tanks to 40 LB tanks then up to 100 LB tanks. I really don't
want to deal with a 100 LB tank in my garage. I'm sure there are all kinds
of town ordinances one must follow to keep that much propane in a home and
I'd rather not get into home delivery. I've pretty much decided to keep two
40 LB tanks in the garage. This will give me a sizeable supply and I will
have plenty of time to refill one tank while I'm using the other. Thanks
  again.

  Take care,

  Ed Przybylek

The 4 wire cable will have two hots, a neutral and a safety ground. The two
hots are on opposite sides of the line and there is 240 volts between them.
But between each hot and neutral there is 120 volts. So you connect each
120 volt outlet between its own hot and the common neutral. The ground must
be connected to the safety ground of the outlets. Never connect the neutral
of the outlet to the safety ground and never connect the ground and the
neutral together except at the electrical panel.

Hello all.

I use a product called Cutter Brush on our gutters. We have a large house and a
barn and have over 400 feet of gutter. The brush looks like a large bottle
brush which gets placed in the gutter.

We've had them for a couple of years now and they seem to be working for us.

  Hi Joe,
We replaced our gutters with Leafguard gutters and have never had a problem
or had to clean out gutters again.
  Good luck,

  Hello all,
I'm looking for a good product that will keep the grunge and leaves out of the
gutters on my roof. I would be grateful for recommendations since I have
spent too many hours on ladders scooping the yuck out of them! Thank you.

Hi, are these measuring devices still available?
Seems like I have heard you guys speak of these tools with anguish and regret
as they are not made anymore?
If they are still made, then where do I get them?
I'm using a marked metal ruler from maxyades I think.

Re: [BlindHandyMan] Guests.

2006-11-30 Thread Charles Reichardt
Hello Phil and company.

I'd like to come on the air and talk about the floods in the northeast this
past summer. My wife and I were victims of the flood and we had a once in a
lifetime experience with our old house here in Unadilla.

Still (probably always) working on the old house, but have much to say about
the flood.

As always though, I can't meet your schedule for recording unless I get the day
off. My boss wouldn't let me take the time to record the show on Tuesdays. So,
if you can ever record on Wednesday or later in the week, please look me up.

Charlie from Unadilla NY.
