Are you saying that you can send the Braille 'N Speak to batteries plus and
they will do the labor and everything for $30? If I am understanding this
right, this indeed is an incredible deal!

I have a Braille note and since the last software upgrade and I would like
to point out right after this software upgrade my batteries no longer hold a
charge. I did not use my bn a lot of batteries, so I'm sure they have a lot
of charges left, looks like I have to byte it and send it in to humanware
cause I know some of there units have a problem with the charging of there
batteries. Sure wish I could downgrade back to the previous version.

Jim,

Without getting into details on this list, I'd suggest you check to make
sure your batteries and battery gauge are calibrated. The newer revisions
of the BrailleNote have a feature which drains and calibrates the battery.
That may help. Bring up the user's guide and search for battery.
