Re: [BlindHandyMan] need help with a weerd problem.
Do you have any of those magic sliders? If you can get two under the front of the stove, you may be able to tip it forward enough to slide the stove out. Removing the drawer works well unless you have a gas stove with a broiler at the bottom instead of a drawer. Re: [BlindHandyMan] need help with a weerd problem.
that works if your stove has a bottom drawer. some stoves no longer come with one. I say get one of those stoves in the future that the burners are on the counter so that if something falls off your plate it isn't going to go anywhere except on the counter or the floor and then you either vacuum it up or sweep the same way that you normally would sweep. depending on how far of a gap you have for your stove to counter you can always slide a broom there and push the pees towards you so that they come out from the counter or wall or whatever is between the stove and where the pees are. Re: [BlindHandyMan] need help with a weerd problem.
Some stoves have a draw at the bottom usually used for storage of pots and pans. If you can remove this draw it can sometimes provide greater access to reach and clean under the stove with your hand or a brush. Come to that, one is always amazed at the filth which accumulates in those places and including along the protected side of the appliance. She probably would have trouble moving the stove and perhaps worries about damaging the floor in doing so. With our oven, removing the drawer on the bottom allows cleaning the floor under it. -Original Message- From: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com [mailto:blindhandy...@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of frank cunningham Sent: Saturday, February 27, 2010 9:49 AM To: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [BlindHandyMan] need help with a weerd problem. wooden yardsticks work good...
