Hi Wenhan,

Would you join https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/graphics-dev and
post your question there? Several Microsoft colleagues are on that list and
may be able to confirm support.

 Hi All,

I am trying to run WebGPU on an Amazon EC2 Windows instance but I am
unable to get the browser to detect WebGPU. I have nvidia drivers and
chrome v124 installed on the instance but requestAdapter still fails for
WebGPU. I can render WebGL2 just fine. Are there any additional flags or
libraries I need to install to be able to use WebGPU on EC2?

 Regards,
 Wen Han

2024-05-08 Thread wenhan chong
Thanks François,
I am not able to follow the steps completely because they are using Linux
instances while I am trying to run WebGPU on Windows Server 2022.
Nevertheless, I installed nvidia drivers and vulkan runtime for Windows but
Chrome is still unable to detect the GPU.
Does Chrome on Windows Server support WebGPU out of the box?
