The bufferbloat site has lot of informations, but many are outdated
(and also not very well organized/formatted). I'd suggest removing (or
clearly tagging as such) all obsolete infos (I would also consider
obsolete everything that was only needed before current Debian
stable).

I'd also like to have updated how to, for a linux router (on a generic
distro like Debian) and (if still needed) clients.

BQL for vmxnet3 (if possible). Virtual router are becoming common.

[Bloat] BQL for vmxnet3 (vmware virtual network driver)

I just suppose this is not possible since it is a virtual driver with no
real device attached, right?
Given this, codel and fq_codel are not as effective as they could on a
VMware guest?
Could it eventually be implemented by vmxnet3 querying the host devices?
