[BlueOnyx:14653] Re: NewLinQ

2014-02-15 Thread sasahide
That is unusual. We have many many users that have newlinq installed. You
are the first to report this issue. I would do a cced restart, uninstall,
and reinstall again to see if that helps.

I tried, but the results did not change.
I confirmed that the same message was output after having deleted NewLinQ.
I reinstall 5108R and confirm it.

Thank you, Greg-san:-)

Regards,
Hiroyuki

Hi Hiroyuki and Greg,

Feb 15 13:32:02 testserver cced(smd)[9585]: classconf: failed to add class
 Capabilities
Feb 15 13:32:02 testserver cced(smd)[9585]: error in schema file
 schemas//base/sitestats/sitestats_caps.schema
Feb 15 13:32:02 testserver cced(smd)[9585]: classconf: some errors found

I wouldn't worry about that one. I just found the error for that and it
has no ill side effects as far as NewLinQ is concerned.

The schema file sitestats_caps.schema made a namespace declaration which
is already present under the same name in a schema file of the base-disk
module.

I'll publish an updated base-sitestats module within the next 30 minutes.

Hi Hiroyuki,

This is actually a pretty good catch. I appreciate that bug report.

I have been looking for this problem for two months and couldn't find
out why either disk_caps.schema or sitestats_caps.schema were giving
errors. Now it's pretty clear: They both try to create a Capability
namespace with the same name.

[BlueOnyx:14656] Re: SSL SAN certificate with blueonyx

2014-02-15 Thread Michael Stauber
Hi Alex,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use a SAN (unc) certificate with
 BlueOnyx ?

Hmm ... no idea if that works. I haven't seen one of them before.

Did you already try to install it through the GUI like you'd do with any
normal SSL certificate? This works for WildCard certificates. So
unless something radically changed with the SAN certs, it ought to work
as well.

2014-02-15 Thread Michael Stauber
Hi Don,

 3 of them show up. /, /boot and /home.

I've got a 2nd 5108r running and it's showing the same thing. Has me
wondering if it's something between the OS and XenServer.

That looks about right. If it's more than one it's fine. Especially if /
is in that list.

Best would be if you send me the login details to one of these servers
(offlist). I'll then gladly look at it and see if I can fix the code so
that it works for you as well.

[BlueOnyx:14658] Re: Frontend Mail Filter

2014-02-15 Thread Colin Jack
Hi Chris,

This is very much a matter of personal preference. We have some
systems that are sitting behind our own dedicated filtering systems.

Other systems are using the AV-SPAM package. If you're not already
using AV-SPAM, you should consider it. It will make a DRASTIC
improvement.

Been using Michael¹s AV-SPAM for years and it is excellent.
Our problem is the sheer volume of cr*p hitting the servers and maxing out
the connections.

Colin
