That VPS was temporarily using more resources than were assigned to it.
If this happens more often, you might want to check what caused that
extra load in that VPS. If it's normal behaviour, then it might be a
good idea to allocate more RAM to the VPS so that it can cope better
with the demands.

We have adventurinre VPS102 with the error below

One or more VPS's was temporarily using more resources than allowed. Since then 
(more than 15 minutes ago) the resource usage of the affected VPS has returned 
to acceptable levels. If this happens frequently, then please consider to 
increase the resource allowance of the affected VPS's.
