If a Vsite has a Let's Encrypt certificate and you request validity of
that cert for more than just the FQDN, then Let's Encrypt will turn "Web
Alias Redirects" off automatically.

It does so, because otherwise the validation for the aliases fails.

I got the ticket by now and the problem has been resolved.

It appears that 5208R also needs "pcre2" and after installing that with
"yum install pcre2" the PKG could be installed.

I've just finished building updated PKGs for 5207R/5208R/5209R which
will automatically address the dependency installation.

These PKGs should appear on NewLinQ within the next hour or so.

I haven't seen anything.   That's a role account that would see a 
filtered response, but we've not received anything from the Compass / 
Solarspeed ticketing system.   That indicates that the ticket has not 
been submitted.If you'd like, I can have one of our staff assist 
with the ticket creation.

Hi all,

I just did some quick tests on new 5209R's and 5207R/5208R's:

On 5209R's it may fail if the RPM "pcre2" isn't installed. Depeding on
how you installed (ISO, OS-Template on 6108R or 6109R) it may or may not
be present.

I just released 5209R-solarspeed-clamav-0.101.1-2.pkg which will make
sure that "pcre2" gets installed if it's missing and that solves the issue.

That PKG should appear on NewLinQ within the next 15 minutes. If you
don't see it yet but only see 0.101.1-1, simply run "yum install pcre2"
from the command line and then install whatever latest Clam AV is shown
to you. It should then install just fine.

On 5207R and 5208R the Clam AV PKG 0.101.1-1 installs just fine. No
issues. This version doesn't need "pcre2", but if we ever need it, it's
now in the BlueOnyx YUM repository as the CentOS 6 repository only has
it in Epel.

Now *if* you do have a 5207R and 5208R where Clam AV fails to install,
then please file a "Support Ticket" via the GUI and tick the checkbox
for "Allow Access" and I'll check it out.

Richard Owen: I didn't get your ticket. It must have gotten stuck somewhere.

ClamAV 0.101.1 was a bitch to build due to quite a few changes. I spent
four days on getting it right, so I'm a little surprised why it fails to
install for you as it's been tested quite thoroughly.

Could you please send me the contends of your
/home/.pkg_install_tmp/.swupdate/package.log? Or submit a "Support
Ticket" with the checkbox "Allow Access" ticked so that I can take a look?

[BlueOnyx:22682] latest ClamAV update fails to load

Hi

On our 5208  and 5209 boxes, the latest Yum ClamAV update ( Installing 
component solarspeed-ClamAV-0.101.1-1.x86_64.rpm...)  hangs on install at 100% 
install progress.
And goes no further, and leaves clamAV in a failed state.

We have tried to uninstall and reinstall and that also just hangs at 100% 
progress. And leaves clamAV as failed.

Any Ideas on how we can get this back up and running.
