Is there a fix I have tried every thing that has been told to me to do
rebooted 4 or 5 time and it stail give4s the same error
ROOT PRIVS: unable to seteuid(): Operation not permitted

RELINQUISH PRIVS: unable to seteuid(PR_ROOT_UID): Operation not permitted
ROOT PRIVS: unable to seteuid(): Operation not permitted
