Check out Net::Google. I've used it for doing searches with Google via
their SOAP API. There is a Net::Google::Spelling with a methods
suggest() which recommends spelling suggestions.

Note that the Google API requires registration for a license key that
will be used for queries

Also, a free license limits you to 1000 queries against Google/day.
Register for your license key *before* you install Net::Google.
