* ppc-opc.c (XLOCB_MASK): Delete.
(XLBOBB_MASK, XLBOBIBB_MASK, XLBOCBBB_MASK): Define using
XLBH_MASK.
(powerpc_opcodes): Accept a BH field on all extended forms of
bclr, bclrl, bcctr, bcctrl, bctar, bctarl.
