Sending mail to bug-coreutils@ _is_ filing a bug report.  If you don't
want to file a bug report, send to coreutils@ instead.

That's the bug that was opened by virtue of the fact that you sent to
bug-coreutils.

Now, whenever you send a new report to bug-coreutils,
it creates a new issue.

I've inserted -done in the Cc'd bug-id recipient address above,
so that this issue will be closed.
