* src/Makefile.am (AM_CPPFLAGS): Remove -I$(srcdir) and -I../lib,
since Automake supplies them for us. It always did -I$(srcdir),
and with the recent change to AC_CONFIG_HEADERS in configure.ac it
is now also doing -I../lib.
