Indeed, files.gnubg.org is unreachable.

I am trying to install the new version of gnu backgammon on Windows., The
web page instructions are: "To install it on Windows, use
gnubg-1_06_002-20180802-setup.exe
. "
but I get an error page that says "*files.gnubg.org
* took too long to respond" Is the link incorrect
or is there some other problem?
