Please print the complete link command line that fails (the one that
starts with ".../libtool --mode=link") and its output, with --debug
added as the first libtool option:
  .../libtool --debug --mode=link ... >link-log 2>&1

And also please show
  .../libtool --config

It may also help if you pointed a URL to the exact package you were
compiling (but probably that is rather not so important).  Please pack
large output with gzip or bzip2.

gmake .... seems to be moved...

Hello,

i have problem to compile software it shows only warnings but i want have 
a better solution here in this case i want to compile gtk+-2.10.2  "MAKE 
with GNU"
and it stops with following  message :-/   "seems to be moved" 

But on the machine all libs @ "/usr/lib" home 

i had to check all libx.la files about content, and they are correct.
i dont know exactly where this error occours but i have identified that there 
could be
more than one possibilitis... maybe GCC ... Libtool or binutils ?
