Hello Ralf,

LDFLAGS=-L/usr/lib; export LDFLAGS; /bin/bash ../libtool --debug 

i see on the file on line 17775, 17790, 18011 end on the end
start to swap with /usr/local/lib. 

but its all under /usr/lib at home
i dont know why he swap ...

Yes, the correct command.  Now please issue it in the
/usr/source/gtk+-2.10.2/gtk directory.  If you omit the
--debug, it should give the same errors as the ones you
originally reported.  I apologize for being sloppy in my
descriptions.

Hello Maurizio,

There was a small misunderstanding.  

I meant you should run
/bin/bash ../libtool --debug --mode=link gcc  -DG_DISABLE_DEPRECATED -g -O2 \ 
-g -Wall   -o libgtk-x11-2  xdgmime/libxdgmime.la

That is the failing link command with '--debug' added.  In practice, you
would either run 'make', and copy and paste the command from its output
to your shell terminal and add '--debug' manually, and rerun as above;
or you fiddle with the Makefile to add the --debug there.

gmake .... seems to be moved...

Hello,

i have problem to compile software it shows only warnings but i want have 
a better solution here in this case i want to compile gtk+-2.10.2  "MAKE 
with GNU"
and it stops with following  message :-/   "seems to be moved" 

But on the machine all libs @ "/usr/lib" home 

i had to check all libx.la files about content, and they are correct.
i dont know exactly where this error occours but i have identified that there 
could be
more than one possibilitis... maybe GCC ... Libtool or binutils ?



my solaris has the following status SunOS filemoon 5.9 Generic_118559-11 i86pc 
i386 i86pc

GCC-4.1.1
Binutils-2.17
Libtool-2.1a
and much more

configure run without error messages
[./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --with-gnu-ld]
