wget fails if i use -a option to log

the command wget
http://radio:radio2022@80.17.62.42/Downloader/Linea3/22_06_29_linea3_edizion
e1245.mp3 works as expected

but if i want to log in an external file:

wget -a mylog.txt
http://radio:radio2022@80.17.62.42/Downloader/Linea3/22_06_29_linea3_edizion
e1245.mp3

it fails!

Why it's not possible to log this output?

Adding option --no-iri works as expected.

I'm trying to download an audio file from this url:

https://api.spreaker.com/v2/episodes/6645151/download.mp3

it works fine from any browser but wget fails with 403 error. Is this a bug
or am I missing something?
