Hi, It looks like you have a version of the OpenSSL library that doesn't support the SSLv3 protocol. It doesn't mean it's an old version of the library, the support may just be compile time disabled. Please check the version of OpenSSL and link Wget against a version that supports it. Or try using a different secure-protocol value.
