Sorry, but this really seems like a problem with your client-side scripting.
Apache does not do anything at all with dhtml/javascript other than delivering
it to the client.

Mod_Alias does not recognize a Document that has a DHTML content, it only 
format the document as a normal HTML file and ignore the DHTML content. please 
notify me when this problem is fixed . thank you for your time.

  You have not provided NEARLY enough information to qualify this as a bug
  in the Apache server... I believe Joshua's observations were right on.

  Do NOT reopen this bug.  This database is only for reporting bugs in the
  Apache products, not for user configuration problems or questions.

  Please DO refer your question to an appropriate users forum ... with some
  significantly greater detail about the document you are trying to send,
  the headers that the document includes, and so forth.  You may also be
  interested in working with soThink about your DHTML software to narrow
  down your problem.

  This is not a problem with the Apache software.
