Apart from anything else the driver does not read the MAC address correctly.

I assume it would be better to stick in an extra PCI-Express NIC board,
with an supported chipset... ;-)

Because both the 5.1 and -current changelog doesn't seem to mention
RTL8111/RTL8168


jsg@ didn't mention particular chipset revisions in the commit log. It just
says "additional adapter types" from 2 weeks ago. What he has there is a
8168F.
