Architect</strong></p> <p><strong>Duration:12 Month Contracts with long term 
extension possible</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Charlotte, NC</strong></p> 
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> Provides management support to 
the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and 
advanced and predictive analytics</p> <p> Supports the Human Resource 
leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help 
influence changes to the operations, processes or programs</p> <p> Utilizes 
technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people 
and other cross-functional data as needed</p> <p> Communicates findings to 
senior management via formal presentations on findings, with recommendations, 
on a regular basis (periodic/quarterly/annually)</p> <p> Creates, maintains, 
and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and 
metrics.</p> <p> Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics</p> 
<p> Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR teams and CoE’s 
(learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance, 
etc) to promote data governance and stewardship, as well as improve overall 
strategic and operational performance and insight</p> <p> Partners Business 
Intelligence architects to continue to develop and evolve our advanced 
analytics</p> <p> Works as the key representative for tracking external 
benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function</p> <p><strong>Required 
Qualifications:</strong></p> <p> Degree in Business, Computer Science, 
Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 5+ years of applicable analysis 
and/or reporting experience</p> <p> BI Architecting experience </p> <p> 
Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience</p> <p> Experience working 
with best in breed core HR solutions</p> <p> Strong attention to detail, 
analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and 
good communication skills.</p> <p> Experience managing and incorporating 
external market data with internal metrics, trends and predictive analytics</p> 
<p> Experience with a variety of Business Intelligence solutions (QlikView, 
BusinessObjects, etc)</p> <p> HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, 
PeopleSoft, Successfactors, etc), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus.</p> <p>
