· BE PROFICIENT IN DEVELOPING BOTH WEB AND CLIENT SERVER

APPLICATIONS USING VISUAL STUDIO 2008 OR GREATER;

· HAVE WORKABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH JAVA AND/OR

WEBMETHODS ESB/SOA FROM SOFTWARE AG;

· HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH A BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT SUITE

SUCH AS SOFTWARE AG WEBMETHODS BPMS;

· BE FAMILIAR WITH OR HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AGILE FRAMEWORKS

AND SCRUM METHODOLOGY;

· BE PROFICIENT USING C# OR VB.NET PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES;

· HAVE EXPERIENCE ON SQL SERVER 2008 AND ABOVE OR ORACLE

10G AND ABOVE;

· HAVE EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING SQL STORED PROCEDURES IN

EITHER SQL SERVER OR ORACLE;

· BE WILLING TO BE ON-CALL AND WORK OVERTIME IF/WHEN

REQUIRED;

· HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SQL SERVER REPORTING SERVICES OR

CRYSTAL REPORTS;

· HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON ASP.NET WEB SERVICES (PREFERABLE);
