*Job Description:*

Existing Informatica Admin has no additional capacity in support of the
platform. Project is underway for the expansion of 2 additional software
components of the Informatica plaftform. These components will require
dedicated time and effort for short term project installation/configuration
and long term production support. The associated Phoenix project is driven
by a global initiative to rewrite the existing enterprise data warehouse in
order to provide compatibility with Spain requirements for information.



*Position Description (attach if
necessary):*

· The role of this position will be : 1)primarily to provide
support for metadata and IDQ components of the Informatica platform.
Included will the the installation and configuration of each of the
components relative to defined specification of the vendor for optimum
performance. 2) system upgrades and changes (including new releases/bug
fixes/troubleshooting of issues). 3) actively support the requests of the
user community. (examples: access requests and security restrictions, job
execution). 4) secondary responsibility: to assist in the Power Center and
Power exchange admin activities. 5) support of existing Informatica Admin
to augment capacity limitation currently being experienced

· Required Knowledge/Skills (Excellent organization skills, etc.)
and IT Skills (ex. Programming skills with Java, Cobol, etc.)

· The candidate Must have hands on work experience with Power
Center (V 9.6), Power Exchange (V9.6), Metadata manager (v10.1.1 ). IDQ
(9.6), experience working in AWS cloud environment preferred.

*Duration: 6+ Months*
This position is for a hands-on technical Administrator / Engineer with
significant practical experience and expertise.   This position is
responsible for participation in production software deployments, upgrades,
capacity planning, backup strategies, and software/hardware integration
planning and execution. This includes maintenance, enhancements, upgrades
and tuning across multiple functional environments.   The candidate will
also serve as level 1 and/or 2 support for incidents.

*Candidate must be a self-starter*.  He/she must have ability to work on
their own and as part of a team.  Candidate must be able to take ownership
of tasks or issues, and follow through until completion.  He/she must have
the ability to look for improvements in the environment and propose those
to his/her Team Lead and/or Management.

• 5 - 7 Years of Informatica Experience (version 9.5 is must) as an
Administrator or Experience Developer
• Informatica Performance Tuning
• Teradata Experience is preferred
• Good Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Strong background in UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work with others on a dynamic and fast-moving team -
Collaborate on Solutions and Share Knowledge
Adherence to already in place Processes and Procedures
