The TA designs & manages the technical solution for the project. Salesforce
Technical Architect will design Salesforce and Legacy System access for
internal and external users utilizing Salesforce Identity product.

*Responsibilities: *

   - Ensures technical solution is supported by project budget and timeline
   as business requirements evolve
   - Assists in staffing the project and developing work estimates
   - Responsible for the Solution Blueprint
   - Articulates design tradeoffs effectively to delivery team, customer
   business stakeholders and IT resources
   - Provides delivery frameworks that ensure quality and success
   - Documents the technical solution design for the purpose of customer
   sign-off and/or customer hand-off
   - Oversees developers and data resources
   - Code and architect reviews

*Required Skills:*



   - *MUST BE SFDC CERTIFIED!!!*
   - *6 to 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of
   experience in SFDC*
   - *Proven functional/technical experience with at least 2 full
   lifecycles of SalesForce.com implementations*
   - *Experience in requirements gathering and preparing Functional Design
   documents and Use Case documents*
   - *Strong knowledge of CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) processes*
   - *Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC*
   - Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming
   - Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed
   at least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com
   - Understanding of Infrastructure/Software Development and/or Solution
   Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
   - Familiarity with version control and Agile/iterative development
   methodology
   - Excellent troubleshooting, impact analysis, and issue resolution skills
   - Ability to adapt and develop solutions on-the-fly with
   clients/prospects and help train others
   - High degree of interpersonal skills; proven ability to work well in
   team settings
   - Proficiency in verbal and written communications (including
   presentation skills) and interpersonal skills

*Summary:*
The Salesforce Technical Architect role will be managing and supporting the
tactical and strategic delivery of Salesforce technology services and
solutions for the Business in line with business and technology
requirements within a cross-functional agile delivery framework.  This
experienced person will be responsible for the technical leadership,
direction and oversight of the design, construction and support aspects of
the Salesforce solutions built.  The role will require an individual to
successfully  integrate and collaborate horizontally across multiple value
streams, Business and IT stakeholders, lines of businesses as well as
effectively work with external vendors.  The Arhitect will be required to
clearly document design decisions, adhere to existing architectural and
process guidelines, possess the skill sets to develop software components,
coach and mentor junior technologists, support QA and Business during
testing and actively support production implementations.  Other high-value
skills include:
•Innovatively apply knowledge to solve complex business problems,
simplify business processes and/or add value to the current state
•Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent efforts and
deliver in a fast paced dynamic environment
•Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business analysts,
subject matter experts and development teams in designing, developing,
testing, implementing and supporting Salesforce application and
infrastructure projects
•Ability to clearly define and set standards for system architecture,
design documentation, code review and traceability
•Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to
effectively communicate with technical and business resources as well as
upper management
•Prior CRM financial services systems knowledge is highly desirable
•Foundational understanding and experience with Agile, Scrum and/or
SAFe methodologies



*Qualifications:*
•5 years of experience in a technical role
