*Job Purpose:*
*Resource would be involved in design, development & testing. Knowledge of
.net MVC4, jQuery, agile development methodologies. Knowledge of HTML5 &
CSS3 would be added advantage.*
*Principal Accountabilities: *
The person in this job is responsible for the following:

1. Customer
1. Understand the customer needs.
2. Plan proactively to meet customer requirements.
2. Process
1. Assisting Project Owner in establishing project requirements and
change management activities.
2. Overall responsibility for successful execution of the project for
respective world region.
3. Establishing project's processes based on SLK's Standard
processes and customer / project requirements.
4. Project effort estimation.
5. Project Planning and Scheduling
6. Ensuring the project is executed as per project plan and processes
7. Monitoring /tracking project progress against plan and taking
corrective and preventive action as required.
8. Review of project artefacts
9. Ensuring quality of artefact’s produced by project
10. Reporting the project status to various stakeholders
11. Communication with customer's project manager/designated
representative

1. Mentoring and coaching team members
2. Conduct meetings regularly with team to share updates, resolve
concerns and provide feedback
*Educational qualifications and Experience*
Graduate in any field, with 6-8 years of experience and min 2 yrs as team
lead.
*Knowledge and skills*

- Assigning work to team members and monitoring the progress.
- Work with team to gather information from the business, studying
the existing process, documentation of requirement, involvement of
functional and technical aspects, design specification and ability to
interact with client /end user
