Thanks.!!! *Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Location: Wilkes-Barre PA* *Note: Should be within US from past 5 Years* The client seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to provide business area and technical expertise to management and stakeholders to facilitate planning, set direction, define business initiatives, and develop solutions to business information systems needs and requirements. Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services: Required Skills: • Experience managing a highly transnational (500,000 daily) web application with high availability goals. • Facilitate design of business information systems that meet stakeholder requirements and are optimal problem solutions within cost and performance. • Develop and execute system test plans to ensure business information systems, workflow, and processes meet stakeholder requirements. • Assists in the development and implementation of new policy, systems, procedures and training. Must be able to coordinate the communication of new policies and procedures with employees and stakeholders. • Develops effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimum cooperation and coordination, and maximize the quality of products, services, and policies. • Knowledgeable of Agile development methodology and the SCRUM process. • Must have basic understanding of Web Application hardware stack. • Must have experience/expertise in Microsoft Word, Visio and Project. Preferred Skills: • BS in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent desired. • UNIX shell scripting. • Experience in Software development and object oriented design. Additional Provisions • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card), or a H1B Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
