Role : Siebel Technical - min 7 yrs exp
. Looking for Siebel Technical Consultant with experience in
Configuration and development.
. CTI skills huge plus
. Knowledge of Siebel Call center a must
Role: Siebel QA resource with call center
. 5+ years of experience as a quality assurance engineer. Siebel
testing experience minimum 3+ years
. Previous experience testing Siebel Call Center, CTI integration
. Develop testing plans for functional and systems integration
testing
. Document test scenarios, and test scripts.
. Perform functional, systems integration, and data conversion
testing tasks
. Capture and report testing results. Create reproducible and well
documented defect reports
. Provide testing progress status reports
. Working knowledge of Oracle Knowledge (Inquira) and OBIEE desired.
Note: Interview will be done on Skype for candidates that cannot come
in-person. There will a complete background check after confirmation.
