*This is a high-priority role requiring the resource to:-*Technical Design
& Build for Java custom development solution for the Eligibility and
Enrollment Tower
-Produce estimates for new functionality or enhancements
-Report project status
-Track project risk/mitigations
-Review functional specifications and create technical designs for those
specifications.
-Develop Java based web-services based on technical designs.
-Knowledge of Spring Batch Framework for batch processing.
-Create and execute unit tests for developed components.
-Understand the impacts of changes in the software development lifecycle
and make recommendations.
* Required Skills:-*Java (language) (P2 – Proficient)
-SQL (Structured Query Language) (P1 – Novice)
-Requirements Capture (P1 – Novice)
*Preferred Skills:*
-Data Structure
-Object oriented design
