*Job Description::* *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *•Design and develop enterprise grade software applications and services that balance performance, reliability, concurrency, security, and user experience. •Work closely with the Global Media product management and other developers to determine release scope, features, define milestones, and deadline commitment. •Work with product and operations teams to design and creation of new application and media workflows to support the delivery of both on air and online media. •Hands-on involvement in all phases of the Software Development cycle, including analysis, design, and ongoing support. •Refine our internal application stack by both adding innovating new features and integrating with other systems and emerging technologies. •Interact with other technology groups (Database, System Administrators, QA) to define resource requirements, establish testing parameters, and troubleshoot. •Other duties as assigned *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *•Minimum of 5+ years overall experience in a professional software engineering capacity. •Development of software systems with development environments based on UNIX, Linux, J2EE, Java and XML. •Experience designing and implementing web service API's using REST/SOAP/json. Understanding of Hibernate ORM as well as relational databases concepts and SQL •Working knowledge of NoSQL Solutions such as MongoDB. •Hands-on Experience with a web application framework such or Spring MVC.
