This position is a hybrid of both the business team and the technical team. The applicant will need to be able to create processes utilizing API’s, execute ad-hoc queries using API’s, review transactions and API logs, analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, recreate issues in a test environment, make recommendations for remediation of integration issues and enhancements. In addition to this, the position will need to be able to create ad-hoc reports in vendor systems and excel. *A general understanding of web services, API’s and FTP is required.
