*Important qualities include:*

· *3 – 5 years’ experience – looking for people who are going to
hustle and learn our environment*

· *C# / ASP.NET *

· *Strong SQL development (SSIS, SSRS)*

· API experience – connecting systems to SQL Server making API
calls using .NET

· Strong process background – we have people here who fly by the
seat of their pants.  We’re looking to put processes in place and we need
people who see the value in that.

· People with medical device background would be great.

· People with healthcare background is a plus.
