They are using a Domains Proxy so no local information about the who owns the 
web site.

Based on that I would say not a scam site.

It used to be a fairly decent store.  I used to shop there all the time
back in the day.  David and Caren I believe were the owner's names.  They
have long since closed the store.  Google Maps says they are permanently
closed which coincides with what I recall happening as well.  Hope this
