Cactus redirects System.out.println for test methods?
My test method's System.out.println's are not being seen when executed but I know these test methods are being executed. Is this intentional?

Check your server-side logs, it should be there. Gili Anagnost, Ted wrote: My test method's System.out.println's are not being seen when executed but I know these test methods are being executed. println() in beginXXX, endXXX are executed on the client end, testXXX on the server end. RE: Cactus redirects System.out.println for test methods?
Thanks Gili, I'm using Cactus with Tomcat. Do I have to add a cactus property to create a log file since cactus creates the temporary tomcat installation (including server.xml) for me? Looking at http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/integration/ant/task_cactus.html#tomcat5x you should use the output option. Gili Anagnost, Ted wrote: Thanks Gili, I'm using Cactus with Tomcat.
