I'm new to CakePHP and am trying to configure my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.8 as a developer machine. I already have Apache, MySQL, PHP 5.x installed and they all work fine. I'm unable to get CakePHP to work and cannot find any instructions that work for my situation - did watch a couple of videos and looked into the documentation.
Can anyone provide me some assistance with this task? I have the latest version of all software running and have unzipped the CakePHP download. I did copy the Cake folders into the root of my web server. I receive the following error when I go to the folder on my localhost using Firefox. I'm sure I'm missing something important for this configuration.
