An problem about "controller without a model"

I'm a newbie in cakephp.
Recently, I practiced an example from the book "CakePHP Application
Development". I got a problem:

It is an example about "controller without a model"

the code below:



and the index.ctp:

packt book store

but the result diplay:

Missing Controller
Error: BooksController could not be found.

Error: Create the class BooksController below in file: app\controllers
\books_controller.php

the version of cakephp I used is cake_1.2.0.7296-rc2

why?
