you need ability in apache the mod_rewrite.so and rewrite.load in folde
/apache/mods-enabled

cd /etc/apache2/mods-enabled
ln -s /etc/apache/mods-available/mod_rewrite.so
ln -s /etc/apache/mods-available/ rewrite.load
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
