AFAIK, just use $attributes['value']. Read again FormHelper section.

Hi Experts,

This might sound a bit silly. But i am unable to figure out the best
possible way to do so. So need help.

I have created a form with username , which must display the username of
current logged in user.

I am using the following plugin.
