Thanks for answering. I had already watched the video for installing console. My problem is when I go to where console is susposed to be located in cake as c:\Vertrigo\www\Kake\cake\console there is no console (Vertrigo is a xampp like association of apache, php, mysql) Kake is the name of my cakephp install under www folder What?
