I don't think it supports plugin notation right now, please open a ticket. Don't know if this is a bug or a feature but I am trying to make Paginator templates work with themes I have to put the following in the AppController of the main program to make it work. public $helpers = [ 'Paginator' = ['templates' = 'Twit.paginator-templates.php'] ]; If I put the same/similar in the AppController of the plugin it does not work.
