New video tutorial: CakePHP basics part 3 - Basic authentication, Sessions, Callbacks, Routing
Hi cake lovers, I've just uploaded part 3 of my cakePHP basics tutorial series. In this one we create a login form via the FormHelper, check it with the database by using a ordinary find method and using magical (oehh :)) find methods. We'll check out sessions and some callback methods like beforeFilter in the appcontroller to check every request if the user is logged in. http://blog.the-nerd.be/2012/08/cakephp-basics-tutorial-part-3/ Hope you like it!
