Yes I went back a few saves, removed my debug statements from where I was testing and then added it back to my app_controller and working fine. Hello Dave, I never used debug when using Ajax. I'm not sure if I understood your post. My suggestion is the Firebug. With this amazing extension for Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/pt-BR/firefox/addon/1843) you can see your requests, responses... P.S. Sorry for my bad english...
