@Paul I've recently been trying NetBeans again and noticed the problems you describe. On the Mac, installing the latest updates (there were three) did the job. I tried to install your bundle into Netbeans 6.5 but there was no install under Tools -> Options so downloaded and installed 6.71 and managed to import your snippets. Do you have any screenshots of it in action?
