when is cakephp 1.2 stable release?

A release candidate is expected soon. I read that a beta is due soon as well, but that wouldn't make much sense (a beta was released on January 1st). From the RC, it's only a matter of time. Last Saturday was 1.2's feature freeze, so we're getting very close.
