API change/enhancements should start with CordovaJS + mobile-spec and, once
tests exist and pass in CordovaJS, issue should be tagged with native
components that still need to provide native functionality to enable feature.

Hi All,
PhoneGap(Cordova) Contacts.find() method should be enhanced to have multiple
options for filters including wildcard filtering. Besides, there is also a
very critical requirement for sorting. Phonebook contacts are usually not
sorted and especially after the backup/restore using any App, so at this
point the need for sorting is much higher. Without that I am afraid one can
use it in any App.
Moreover, one can't use Divider List functionality of JQuery Mobile.
I will be very obliged if you make it available asap.
