2011-07-26 Thread Afkham Azeez
I'm wondering whether all 3.2.0 3.2.1 Carbon commits are in the trunk. I
have not committed the ServiceDynamicLB autoscaling code, but this is just
a matter of replacing all that code in trunk with the new code since I
rewrote those. I wonder whether there are such uncommitted code in the 3.2.0
branch.

Re: [Carbon-dev] Bad Checksum in Repository

What I ended up doing was mirroring the repositories, and setting in the
setting.xml file, a mirrorOf entry, that pointed back to our local Nexus

Hi,
I too got this problem while migrating carbon-core to maven3 build

I was able to get my build going by changing the checksum policy to
warn[2] in the repositories section of my local poms. In the carbon
code base you will find this in the carbon platform pom.

 Hi,

*carbon.platform.patch.version* is already used as a property in poms
under 3.2.1 patch release. As 3.2.2 is also a patch release, poms under
3.2.2 will require to have both 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 dependencies/components,

 carbon.platform.patch.version3.2.2/carbon.platform.patch.version

But the problem is carbon.platform.patch.version is generic. For 3.2.2
we have to define a property. For eg:

 carbon.platform.patch.version.3223.2.2/carbon.platform.patch.version.322

I thinks this is ok. In 3.2.2 poms define two properties as follows.

 carbon.platform.patch.version.3213.2.1/carbon.platform.patch.version.321

 carbon.platform.patch.version.3223.2.2/carbon.platform.patch.version.322

 this is done.

 Will introduce,
 stratos.patch.version.1511.5.1/stratos.patch.version.151
 stratos.patch.version.1521.5.2/stratos.patch.version.152

this is done
