 Hi Dev,

First of all I'm not sure whether I did it in the correct way, following is
what I have done so far.

Do you want to build the WSAS which is release with Carbon 3.0.0? if please
get svn checkout from tag [1]. We have done a minor Carbon release, 3.0.1
using the same branch on which we did the previous 3.0.0 releases. Therefore
you are building the Carbon 3.0.1 release branch which is available at [2].

[1] https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/tags/carbon/3.0.0_chunk1/
[2] https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/branches/carbon/3.0.0/

 1. built carbon\dependencies (mvn clean install -Dtest=false

 2. built carbon\orbit (mvn clean install -Dtest=false -DfailIfNoTest=false)

 5. tried to build carbon\features with command mvn clean install
 -Dtest=false -DfailIfNoTests=false -Dproduct=wsas

If you are building 3.0.1 release branch, Please use the default profile.
According to branching strategy, only the bundles that have been changed,
are versioned as 3.0.1 and others are download from repo [3]. Those
versioned bundles have been updated in default profile.

Re: [Carbon-dev] Exporting org.apache.html package from carbon xerces orbit bundle

Hi Sameera,

Thanks for your info. Here org.apache.html.* package has been
importedinternally so it is not wanted to visible to OSGI. Therefore I
am changing
the pom.xml in orbit project to export the org.apache.html.* package in to
xercesImpl-2.8.1.wso2v2.jar.

Thanks,

 Hi Asela,

AFAIK, we are not using xercesImpl in the form of a bundle although it is
available in the orbit project. You can only find xerces jar files in the
CARBON_HOME/lib and CARBON_HOME/lib/endorsed directories. But xerces
packages are visible to OSGi bundles as packages exported from the
application classloader. Please have a look at the launch.ini file inside
 the Carbon webapp.

You may need to append all the subpackages of org.apache.html.* to the
 launch.ini file.

 Thanks
 Sameera

So what are the products being re-packed.

I can see fixes in bps samples and some of the commits to the Data

Please build only DS and BPS

BTW ESB build is having release date as 22nd which is manually
setting, anyone fixed that issue.. ?

This is fine, we can live with this.

Hi Lahiru,

There must be an incomplete build of the ODE component (
https://wso2.org/jira/browse/CARBON-5859 jira is not fixed). Please have
look.

Thanx,

Asela.
