Hi,

While doing smoke testing on the latest IS build, came across a feature that
needs to be removed. I will remove it from IS features and will host a new

At BAM we are also getting
: java.lang.Class
CastException: org.apache.qpid.client.AMQConnectionFactory cannot be cast to
javax.jms.TopicConnectionFactory when trying to subscribe to new server
which is a blocker for further testing.

Also startup error described in https://wso2.org/jira/browse/CARBON-9453 is
present.

Did the smoke test on CEP packs which was available in the latest location
around Wed 27 Apr 2011 09:51:54 AM. and its working fine with all the
samples. QA process can be started on that pack which is currently located
at :

UI feature mentioned in the previous mail was removed from the IS build and
a new pack was made available at [1].

Smoke tests on basic features were done (except for InfoCard feature since
it needs Windows OS to test it).

Regarding MB,
We have tested the pack and found set of issues. And they are fixed now. So
next build packs will be given to QA after smoke test again.

And we have 5 L1 issues related to documents.

Smoke testing should include:

   1. Running all samples
   2. Running all automated tests
   3. Testing all new features for basic operation
   4. Testing overall product with management console for key functionality

Please do all of the above within the product team before submitting to QA
team

Hi Denis,

How do we know the packs available at 10.100.1.43 are smoke tested by RMs
and ready for QA?  IMHO, the tested builds can be moved to different
directory in builder and RM let QA team knows that the particular build is
ready for further testing?

we are not building source packs anymore along with product builds.
RIght now the procedure is to prepare a source pack separate from the
build.
